Power Backup 

If Arc loses power, your device will continue operating using a 16-hour backup battery. While running on battery power, a no-power symbol will blink every 10 seconds until wall power is restored or the battery is depleted. Once wall power is restored, the battery will recharge for future use.

IMPORTANT! Do not attempt to replace Arc’s lithium-ion battery without first consulting Nanu customer service. 

CAUTION: BATTERY SAFEGUARDS

• Carefully handle the battery. Do not bend, scratch, cut, or puncture it, and keep it away from heat sources.

• There is a risk of fire or explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type.

• Avoid disposing of the battery in a fire or a hot oven, and avoid mechanically crushing or cutting the battery, which can result in an explosion.

• Do not leave the battery in an extremely high-temperature environment that could lead to an explosion or leakage of flammable liquids or gases.

• Ensure the battery is not subjected to extremely low air pressure, which may cause an explosion or leakage.

• Batteries should be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste, following local environmental laws and guidelines.
