ARC’S WARRANTY
Arc has a 10-year standard warranty.
What is covered by the warranty?
Our warranty ensures that the Arc Alarm Clock is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. To have a warranty claim accepted, please ensure that all of the following conditions are met:
- You must be the original consumer of the product.
- You must have bought the product directly from Nanu or from authorized Nanu retailers.
- You must have purchased and used the product in the United States, U.S. territories, or Canada.
- You must provide the original sales receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
- You must have used the product only as intended and according to the product’s care instructions.
Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or repairs conducted by unauthorized personnel.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Operation with the incorrect type of current or voltage. (Pending)
- Failure to adhere to any safety precautions outlined in the product instructions or this warranty.
- Products that are used or purchased outside of the United States (including its territories) and Canada.
What happens to the item that is no longer working?
Depending on the item's state and your preferences, Nanu will replace or repair the product once the defective item is returned to us.

To file a warranty claim, please contact us here, and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours. Once we determine if your return is eligible for our guarantee, we will inform you of the next steps.
